Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by GAIM Infra ("we", "us"), the developer of the Mangalam Gateway plotted project in the Dholera Special Investment Region, Gujarat, India. Calls and follow-up with visitors based in the United Kingdom are handled by our London team.
We are the data controller for the personal details you send us through this website. If you want to contact us about privacy, write to us at [your contact email] or [your London office address].
2. What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Where you live (for example London), if you tell us.
- Any message or question you type into the form.
- For a video call: the date and time slot you pick, so we can send you a Google Meet invitation.
- A record of the consent you gave: what the tick box said, and the date and time you ticked it.
- Basic technical information your browser sends (for example your device type), used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and set up your call — because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before any contract).
- To send you project information, prices, availability and follow-up messages by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp — on the basis of the consent you gave when you submitted the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To keep records and defend our legal position — our legitimate interest in running our business and complying with the law.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for automated decision making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
Only with people and services that help us respond to you: our own London and India teams, our hosting and database provider, and Google Sheets for enquiry records and Google Calendar and Meet when a video call is arranged. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection terms.
5. Sending data outside the UK
Because our development team is in India, your enquiry may be viewed and stored outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so your information keeps a similar level of protection.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them longer for a legal or accounting reason. We keep proof of your consent for as long as we rely on it and for a reasonable period afterwards.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. You can object to marketing at any time, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a message or emailing us. We will act on your request within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the pages and forms work, including a browser flag that stops the automatic enquiry popup after you submit. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies without asking you first. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
9. Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that only authorised members of our team can read. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents through the forms on this site.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
